THE ROLE

​

To provide a comprehensive repair, fault-finding and maintenance service and appliances in client properties.

 

To deliver the scheduled reactive and remedial maintenance services via the PPM Schedule.

 

Work in a professional manner and to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

• ACS qualifications – minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1

• Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training (training can be provided)

• Previous experience in diagnosing faults and installing  domestic gas systems

• Full driving licence

• Excellent communication skills and ability to liase with the office and client effectively

• Ability to work alone and within a team
