THE ROLE

​

To carry out PPM Maintenance & servicing of AC, VRV and commercial refrigerant units as well as installations.

 

Maintenance & cleaning of ventilation/ extract and air-conditioning internal & outdoor units.

​

Carry out reactive breakdown faults and repair works

 

Work in a professional manner; to a high standard in compliance with and in accordance with current regulation / legislation.

​

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

​

Responsible for helping protect the environment at all times when at work.

​

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

• F-GAS Certification

• Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training (training can be provided)

• Previous experience in diagnosing faults and installing  AC Systems

• Full driving licence

• Excellent communication skills and ability to liase with the office and client effectively

• Ability to work alone and within a team

• Chiller experience desirable 

• Plumbing knowledge desirable
