This fantastic news means our clients have complete assurance that we are operating to the highest quality standards and that all regulatory requirements are met for the services we provide; whilst we continually strive to maintain and improve these standards to offer the best quality service possible.
ISO 9001: 2015
ISO 9001: 2015 is the international standard that specifies the requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the customer and regulatory requirements.
With client satisfaction always at the forefront of our minds; having a quality system in place has been a central focus for RACSEL and our approach to compliance has always been proactive and results orientated. The standard covers our policies, procedures and documented records, which are inspected to establish evidence of compliance to the standard in areas such as customer service, training, procurement, recruitment, testing, calibration, health and saftey, environment, risk management and the delivery of our services
